Golden Rose Prime & Prep Lip Primer

Prime & Prep Lip Base by Golden Rose has a transparent and lightweight formula that helps to smooth and prepare the lips before applying lipstick, providing a smooth base that enhances the look and longevity of lip makeup.

Its formula is enriched with Maxi-Lip™ and moisturizing agents, as well as Vitamin E, to help hydrate the lips and give them a softer and fuller appearance. The base also helps to highlight the lipstick color, maintain its look, and reduce feathering outside the lip line.
